Switzerland.

Well, not much has happened, but I felt like posting anyway....

I just saw 27 Dresses for the first time a couple nights ago with one of my best friends...I feel honored, she went even though she was sick, and I was apparently worth getting out of her pj's into real clothing, brushing her hair--the woiks. It was really great, too. Very cute, an original story (well, as original as you can get with "always the bridesmaid," and I haven't seen many romantic dramedies), and....James Marsden. ;D bahahaha....
But seriously, folks. Great stuff. Go see it if it's still showing in your town. You too, guys, especially if you're not afraid of a tad of chick- flicky-ness. Oh, and for you Bennie and the Jets fans, it's a must-see. Overall, it was very cute though. For you nerds like my friend and I, there's a dog named Gatsby. That's an amazing book as well....dare I say, Great. hah, hah, haah, I crack myself up....

hmm....what else...? I have to read David Guterson's Snow Falling on Cedars for a paper soon...and I have to research Hollywood and World War 2 for another history project, like that female soldiers one I had to do before...should be fun, though, I'm not exactly movie-savvy, and my friend's going to have me over to watch Casablanca for.....*cough*...research purposes......sure...

In personal news, Edward is now, and from what it looks like at the moment, forever Jacob once again. Bella is coping still, and is even kind of fine with it. She still has so many questions, but it's probably best left alone, she thinks she understands well enough. If nothing else, Jake is one of her very best friends, and the worst thing that can happen is her losing that. It seems things are confusing for both of them, but she's trying her hardest to wrap her head around everything and things are going decently. (as I read this over, it sounds like things are worse than they are. I'm fine. Switzerland.)

uhh....In happier news, I finally got Ferris Bueller's Day Off and can hopefully watch it in full soon. I've seen most of it, just not in order... oh, and Gene Wilder's coming to town to do a signing for his new book at the local Borders sometime in the next couple weeks. And...*cough* while I haven't seen Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (and I doubt he'll be pleased to hear that all I've seen is the Johnny Depp counterpart), maybe he'll sign my copies of the Mel Brooks movies he's been in. I might just get the book too (haha), it sounds pretty interesting.....sounds a bit like August Rush, except kind of reverse roles, from the summary....."set at the turn of the last century and featuring a concert violinist who falls in love with a most unlikely and mysterious woman." That reminds me, Stephenie Meyer's new book, The Host, is coming out too, in May, I think....yeah, that's exciting...she's amazing. ;D The last installment of the Twilight series is coming out in August too.....

Well, that was an ADD last paragraph.....oh well.....

Until next post...I bid you all good morning, Sunshine. The earth says hello.

luv.

PS--Anyone who gets that (rather obvious... >.> I don't feel so clever anymore... xD ) reference gets a muffin of their choice.
