"Shut Up and Let Me Go" by The Ting Tings...strange, but catchy. The video's really cool too.
"Psychosocial" by Slipknot
"Vermilion (pt 1 and 2)" by Slipknot. Part 1's video is really great, and part 2 is just beautiful. Very different from their other songs.
"Young for Eternity", an album by The Subways. A band I just found recently, they're like a mix of the White Stripes, The Hives, Coldplay, Muse, and a bunch of others. Great stuff, I listened to the entire cd this morning, I didn't want to skip a track.
"You Get What You Give" by New Radicals. Not so new, actually, the song is from the 90s, but I love it. It makes me happy.
"Long Day" and "3 am" by Matchbox 20. Some of their older stuff, but still great.
So yeah. I don't know how much of an update there is. I saw Wall E a few weeks ago with a bunch of friends, it was great to see everyone (I go a tiny bit crazy stuck in the house) and the movie was the cutest thing ever. I think I might've talked about Wall E my last post but I don't really care. The little guy's worth talking about twice. ;D
Lots of stuff coming up, I'm going to two birthday parties in the next 4 days, I think, so that should be fun. I'm seeing Hellboy II on Monday with a big group, that should be awesome too. I'm a total geek, I love that movie. :D I'm also going to the theater at midnight on Thursday/Friday to see the Dark Knight. That should be epic as well....
...and, yeah. I'm already thinking about what I should do for Halloween....at the moment my ideas are either the girl from the Vermilion video, which I think would be really awesome yet...unrecognizable (I could just call myself a zombie or Carrie or something, but anyway), or a variation of the Joker or Hellboy. I dunno. They aren't the greatest ideas in the world....suggestions, anyone? ;D
So that's my feeble attempt at a post. I have to go make a friend's gift now.
